Dr. Cole Crider

After completing his undergraduate degree in humanities at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary's college, Dr. Cole Crider earned his M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville. Cole currently serves on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Cole's research focuses on innovation management within established businesses, and he is particularly interested in new organizational designs and processes within corporate ventures. He also researches entrepreneurial skill development. His research appears in such peer reviewed outlets as the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Organization Studies, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior, and IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication. 

 Cole is married to Claire, and they have four young children: Jack, Ann, Elizabeth, and Timothy.
